2009 Sewer Tap Increase

Beginning January 1, 2009, the Plant Investment Fee will increase $50.00 per SFE. The increase was necessary to provide for continued growth needs of our collections and plant systems. If you have questions please contact our office at: 303-776-9570.

Plant Investment Fees (PIF) Effective as of 1/1/02

Tap Purchase
Single Family Equivalent (SFE)

Sewer Tap (per SFE) $5,000
Inspection Fee for Residential - $60 for Non-Residential - $120

Line Extension Fee is dependent upon which line(s) connecting to, please call for specifics
Residential = 1 SFE

Non-Residential = SFE is dependent upon water meter size and schedule in section 4 of the Rules and Regulations
There is a minimum usage charge of ONE SFE on all Residential tap fees.
There is a minimum usage charge of 1.5 SFE on all Non-Residential tap fees.

Monthly Service Charges are $22/month per SFE. Invoices are sent out on a quarterly basis. (SEE CHART BELOW)

St. Vrain Sanitation District offers an Annual Payment Plan, which includes a one month discount.
This plan is offered only one time per year in January
