Plant Investment Fees (PIF) - as of January 1, 2010 the line

extension fees will increase. Please call Kim Castonguay at

303-682-4689 for the exact amount.

 

Residential Sewer Connection Fees - There is a minimum of 1 SFE for

residential connections.

Plant investment fee for each single family equivalent (SFE)- $5050

Inspection fee for residential- $60

Line extension fees are dependent upon which line(s) connecting to,

Non-Residential Sewer Connection Fees -There is a minimum of

1.5 SFE's for non-residential connections.

Plant investment fee- dependent upon water meter size (see chart below)

Monthly Service Fees - $22/month per SFE.

Invoices are sent out on a quarter basis (see chart below)

Annual Payment Option- sewer service charges may be paid one year in advance with an 8.33% discount (one month free). Accounts must be current to utilize this provision. This will be offered once annually with the first quarter billing.
