There is a $130.00 (one hundred and thirty dollar) plan review fee per submittal. Your payment must be present when the plans are submitted.

1. SVSD will date stamp your drawings when received.
2. Your plans will go into the review process.
3. SVSD or a representative will contact you with a comment letter after your plans have been reviewed.

The length of time for reviewing plans depends on our work load. Currently, SVSD is 3 weeks out on responses.
