By opening the attached map, the user acknowledges that St. Vrain
Sanitation District (“SVSD”) is providing certain GIS information in
order to give a general map of SVSD’s lines. The GIS information is
the best information available to SVSD, however, SVSD disclaims
that the GIS information is accurate, and it is being provided for
informational purposes only. The information provided will not
replace obligations of physical observation, marking, and placement
of lines, and the GIS information should not be used for such purposes.

By opening the attached map the user further knowingly releases
and forever discharges SVSD from any and all liability related to the
accuracy of the GIS information and from all claims, demands, and
causes of action that the user may have in the future that arise in
any way from the GIS information provided by SVSD.
