Mr. Ramey is the Board Vice President of St. Vrain Sanitation District and Owner/President of Ramey Environmental Compliance, Inc., a small contract operations and maintenance company in Frederick, Colorado. Certified Water Professional, Class "A" Wastewater Operator, Class "A" Water Operator, Class "A" Industrial Wastewater Operator, Class IV Wastewater Collection Technician, Class VI Water Distribution Technician, Level I Water Quality Analyst. Former President of the Tri-Area Sanitation District from 2004-2008, President of the Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association-2001, Water Environment Federation Director from 2002-2004, Chairman of the Water Resources Management Advisory Board at DRCOG-1999, Front Range Water Quality Planning Association Member from 1994-1999. Married to Linda and has two sons, Tony and Joe. Interest are fishing, hunting, golf, sightseeing, travel and helping small communities with water quality issues.

Mr. Rabas is the Board Treasurer of St. Vrain Sanitation District and Vice President of Operations for Ramey Environmental Compliance, Inc., a small contract operations and maintenance company in Frederick, Colorado. Resident of Firestone, Colorado. Current Vice President of the Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association, Past Chair and Commissioner on the Town of Firestone Planning Commission from 2004-2010, and past member of the city of Ft. Mr. Feeley is the Director of St. Vrain Sanitation District and the Chief of Analytical Services for Metro Wastewater Reclamation District. Resident of Frederick, CO. Married to Sherri and has three sons, Zakariah, Jacob, and Isaiah, and a daughter, Kylee. Interest are spending time with family in all of their activities and collecting "Hot Wheel" cars.
